The pageant will begin at 10:00am, sign in at 9:00am, at the Elks Lodge #2350 on Attaway Rd, with interviews, speeches and impromptu questions. The horsemanship component of the pageant will begin at 1pm at the Charles Whitlow Rodeo Arena. The pageant is open to spectators, family and friends.

Looking for an energetic young lady to pick up the reins as the 2016-2017 Florence JR Parada Rodeo Queen Coordinator. Past experience as Coordinator or Royalty a plus but not necessary. Current Coordinator will assist in getting you headed in the right direction.
SOME of the duties are as follows:
- Attending rodeos, parades and other events with Royalty.
- Provide a positive and fun atmosphere for the Royalty while teaching them Queen Etiquette/Dress, arena rules and above all, safety.
- Coordinator will assist in calendaring the events for the year as well as register the Royalty for said events.
- Coordinator will work aside and be governed by the Board of the Pinal County Mounted Posse.
