The Florence Jr. Parada Rodeo is a historical tradition in the Town of Florence, Arizona and we hope you were one of many who helped us celebrate 80 years of Junior Rodeo history this year.
The Jr. Parada Rodeo is promoted by the Pinal County Mounted Posse and the Town of Florence. The 2012 rodeo was the 80th Annual Rodeo - making it the oldest Junior Rodeo in the United States and is the home of many champion cowboys. Nearly 70 potential future PRCA cowboys & cowgirls ages 5-18 competed in rodeo events including saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, team roping, breakaway roping, goat tying, barrel racing and, yes, even BULL RIDING!
The Charles Whitlow Rodeo Arena is located 2 Miles South of Florence on Hwy 79. (see map on Map & Directions page)
